Items held more than (30) thirty days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit. Non custom products may be returned for credit if unused and in original packaging if received in less than 30 days from invoice date. Products returned 31 to 60 days after purchase are eligible for up to a 75% credit. Products returned 61 to 90 days are eligible for up to a 50% credit. Products returned after 91 days may not be returned for credit. Privacy Policy All information sent to us is kept confidential and is not shared or sold to any outside companies. Typographical Errors In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, OTE International Holdings LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OTE International Holdings LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OTE International Holdings LLC will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
